So has anybody changed the outward appearance of their PSP? Looking at those crystal beaded ones got me thinking. I know there are faceplates and whatnot. I'd love to see links or pics! |

Well, I was going to say that I just liked the PSP in its original form, but I have to admit that this chrome faceplate is actually very good looking. |

| I remember looking at some stick on covers before I got my PSP. I never actually got one, even though they interested me. The silver one looks cool. |

| there are turorials online for how to change it even one on google videos. You must know you need a special screwdriver, an one of the screws is under the warranty sticker so in changing your faceplate you may void your warranty. |

| I didn't even think about the waranty part of it. Might be better if it's just left alone. Shame they can't make it a little easier, and without voiding the warranty for such a change. |

| I think that Sony doesn't want people opening up their PSP, breaking it, and then blaming it on the fact that they simply wanted to change the faceplate. It's a harsh decision to void the warranty, but still understandable. |

Well that's quite true, and it is very understandable. I just think there should be an easier way of changing a faceplate. Doesn't seem like it should be all that hard. maybe I'm wrong tho |

I modified mine by taking a little chunk out of the top left corner, and also have a streak of permanent marker on the back.
So mine is really individualized.
