Well,
You have these 1-2GB cards out there costing an arm and a leg, but I wonder if you can get them cheaper? Right now there are about 3 dozen auctions on ebay for 1-2GB PSP memory cards all starting at 0.01$. These auctions are open for another, what seems like, 1 and a half days so if you read this you might want to go check it out pronto. I don't have a PSP yet. I know im getting one somehow soon, but im seriously tempted to bid on one of these things. You can just buy them directly for 3$. Then theres shipping but it seems to vary. The ones from Hong-Kong have the easiest to swallow shipping cost at around 5$. But all in all, 9 or 10$ for something that would cost you roughly 100-300$
I have no idea how sound these offers are, you can judge that for yourself. But for the most part, all the auctions I checked included the text "Never opened" and "still in origonal packaging".

Check it out guys. You have to select "price lowest to highest" to make them easier to find. I've still yet to check the US site but this has gotten me all excited. It's not just memory cards, its battery packs, cases, everything. Just look around and tell me what you all think. |

Thats what I want to know. As far as it seems there's nothing illegal about it, I mean it's ebay, they can sell it for whatever they want.
I think the deal is, they put the price low so people will find it and bid, hoping that others will start a bid war and they'll make money...altho not a lot of money since theres bairly a day left in most of those auctions.. |

| Normally, EBay is a gold mine, for people who wish to take the time to search for the gold; however, the only thing I would be suspicious off is the items where the country of origin is China...it's not some stereotypical image, it's just that China doesn't really have a good track record when it comes to legal electronics. |

I would never buy a ms on ebay anymore even though I got my sony highspeed 2gb there and it was ligit. To many scams with flash memory lately an besides all thoes autions spaceman listed are 1-6 days away, wait till it gets down to 1 minute befor close its a whole different price.

Then that wise gnome walked outside to see all his friends carrying piles of cash while swimming in electronics, cars, sport boats, and nice clothes which they only paid a penny for on ebay. Just kidding, that never happens.
but naw, If I do buy one, I'm only buying one. I figure yah it's a gamble, but I only wan't one of those sony 2gb's and if it still costs me under ten dollers after shipping then if it's defective or a scam, then it's not like im out a lot of money. I'll give it a shot. I hope they keep putting them on until I have a PSP. |
