Apparently the Playstation library is coming to the PSP en masse.
Heady times for PSP users for sure!

According to an article at ComputerandVideogames, PSP Magazine is claiming that Sony has confirmed that nearly 7,000 original PlayStation games will be emulated and reissued for the PSP by the end of 2007.
That's pretty incredible given that the IGN database currently contains just over 2,600 PSone games and a little more than 3,500 PS2 games.
We've known since this past E3 that Sony was planning to bring old PlayStation gems to its portable machine.
However, IGN contacted Sony who said that there has been absolutely no official confirmation of the number of titles being emulated or which titles are on the way. In addition, there has been no announcement of cost or a timeframe for availability.
We'll be sure to let you know if that changes. |

This'll be good fun - though I can't remember a lot of the titles that I liked on PS that I still like now - compared to all the new graphics and what not...
I'm just guessing that the puzzle games will be the most fun. I can't wait for this pack to drop! |
