I was reading a preview for the new racing game Juiced Eliminator, and the article mentioned that there are a lot of racing titles for the PSP. Which one do you think is the best? I ask because I don't play alot of racing games, and I'm thinking about giving on a try.

Hands down has to be Burnout Legends.

Burnout legends is ok, but if you want to experience a burnout title it's best done on a home console instead of a handheld. Burnout on the PSP just didn't feel as finished as it did on xbox. Mainly because the PSP may be a graphically powerful handheld, but it just doesn't have the same amount of juice as a home console. The racing game that gave the most finished feel and look was Ridge Racer. Every ridge racer is always all the same tracks frontwards and backwards, but there is nothing more beautiful on the PSP even still.

Well we have different opinions there, of course its better on xbox but I think it translated pretty good to the psp, still gets my adrenline goin. ridge racer is fun I like it an all but it is like driving a bar of soap.

That's always kinda been the point with Ridge Racer. The emphasis has always been on drifting and cornering. Don't get me wrong, Burnout legends is really good, it just doesn't have the polish that Ridge Racer does as far as looks are concerned.

Burnout is wicked, I should dig it out and play it again, I used to be really into racing games and have played need for speed on the ps2 recently.

Ridge Racer is pretty bad. I got bored of it very soon, despite the positive reviews. I never got Burnout on PSP, but enjoyed it on the PS2.

Yeah, you should give Burnout a try; albeit I acknowledge Ridge Racer as a good game, I couldn't get into it Sad

But Burnout is quite nice.

Ridge Racer wasn't enjoyable at all. I found it too easy. The car practically drives for you. Also the cars are very similar and the tracks are dull.

Although alot of the cars on Burnout are similar, too.

Yes, lol. Well I played it but I didn't like it as much as everyone else seemed to. GameSpot gave it a really high score. I don't get it.

I didn't have a chance of trying Wipeout (albeit the videos looked quite nice); how would you personally rank them alongside Burnout and Ridge Racer?

I'm generally not a fan of racing games, but burnout doesn't sound too bad. Might pick it up the next time I'm out and give it a try.

the best racing game i would say is mid night club 3 dub edtion AWSOME graphics but the down side on it, it takes for ever to load owell beats bad graphics Very Happy
