The quirky new title Loco Roco has a downloadable demo available for the PSP. The only problem is that you need to upgrade to 2.7. Killing all ability to run homebrew. Is it worth it? Will an exploit be discovered in the new firmware? Hopefully so.
Loco Roco has been compared to Katamari Damacy in its addictive quirkyness. Download it here or check out videos of it here. |

| I have not downloaded the demo myself but I have a friend that did. My opinion is that it isn't realy worth it. Any time you have to get rid of something important to get a demo that you can't do much with, it isn't worth it. Wait until the full version is available and go that route. |

I also agree, unless you are intrigued at a specific element of the game (such as gameplay, storyline, etc.) you can always try a demo, but considering their length; it might also be wise and probably more insightful for you, if you watch a couple of videos and look at several reviews once the game is released.
But obviously, with some time to spare and the free space required, nothing is stopping anyone from downloading all the demos in the world. |

| Considering this is the first downloadable demo of a game released for PSP, I think it's pretty cool. That, and since it's been released, maybe it'll allow for some reverse engineering on the homebrew front and make it easier to run homebrew on 2.7 fw. |
